What it is
A live hiring platform built during my internship at GRID R & D, where candidates record video answers and the system scores their technical responses to give employers a structured first screen.
How it works
- AI-scored video interview flow for technical screening.
- Authentication, authorization and S3-backed file storage for candidate and employer data.
What I took from it
My first experience shipping something that strangers use without anyone explaining it to them first.
